1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to access to and use of Revsnap by business customers and their authorized users. By signing up, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you have a separate master service agreement, order form, statement of work, or similar enterprise contract with Revsnap, that contract governs to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

2. The service

Revsnap provides snapshot-based regression testing and related workflows for Salesforce Revenue Cloud environments. The service may include hosted web applications, APIs, background jobs, reporting, and connected third-party integrations that you enable.

Certain features may be identified as beta or preview features. Those features may change, be withdrawn, or be subject to reduced support and service commitments.

3. Accounts, workspaces, and security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and controlling access by your users and administrators.

You are also responsible for the security and lawful use of any connected Salesforce environments, API keys, and other external credentials that you authorize Revsnap to use on your behalf.

4. Customer data and privacy

As between you and Revsnap, you retain all rights in your customer data, including connected Salesforce data, snapshots, run results, and related content you submit or ask the service to process.

You grant Revsnap the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, store, and display that data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and to comply with law.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Where Revsnap processes customer personal data on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum forms part of the legal framework for that processing.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful internal business purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable enterprise agreement.

  • Use the service in violation of law, third-party rights, or the applicable terms of connected third-party systems.
  • Attempt to access another customer's data, accounts, or systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or trade secrets except to the limited extent permitted by law.
  • Bypass technical limits, entitlements, rate limits, billing controls, or other service protections.
  • Use the service to send malware, harmful content, unlawful communications, or abusive traffic.

Additional use restrictions are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Commercial terms

  • Free and evaluation access may be limited by usage caps, feature gating, and other service controls.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed as described at purchase or in the applicable order documentation.
  • Enterprise customers may receive additional commercial terms, security review materials, SSO requirements, and support commitments in a separate agreement.
  • Where an executed enterprise agreement conflicts with these public terms, the executed agreement controls for that customer.

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination in accordance with these Terms or the applicable order documentation.

7. Confidentiality and service operations

Each party may receive non-public information from the other in connection with the service. Each party will use reasonable care to protect that information and use it only as needed to perform under the applicable agreement.

Revsnap may use service providers and subprocessors to host, secure, support, and deliver the service. Current providers are listed at Sub-processors.

8. Suspension and termination

Revsnap may suspend or restrict access to the service where reasonably necessary to address security risk, abuse, material breach, non-payment, or legal or regulatory requirements.

Either party may terminate the relationship in accordance with the applicable subscription, order form, or enterprise agreement. Upon termination, access to the service ends, except for any limited export or transition rights stated in the applicable contract documents.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in an executed agreement, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Revsnap does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the service will detect every regression or configuration issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

Unless an enterprise agreement states otherwise, each party's aggregate liability arising from or related to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the fees paid by you for the service in the twelve months before the claim or US$100 if no fees were paid. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity, governing law, and updates

Revsnap will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims alleging that the service, as provided by Revsnap and used in accordance with these Terms, infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, subject to customary exclusions.

You will defend and indemnify Revsnap against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the service, your customer data, or your violation of law or these Terms.

Unless an enterprise agreement specifies otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Revsnap may update these Terms from time to time, with notice provided as required by law or contract. Where required for authenticated product use, updated versions may require renewed in-app acceptance.
