Roles and permissions
Revsnap workspaces have two member roles. What you can do depends on your role and your workspace's plan tier.
Workspace Admin
Admins can:
- Connect and disconnect Salesforce orgs
- Capture snapshots and run regression tests
- Manage API keys (Enterprise, admin only)
- Invite and remove workspace members (Enterprise)
- Configure SSO and audit log access (Enterprise)
Only Workspace Admins can connect integration service accounts to Revsnap. If you are a regular member and need an org connected, ask your admin.
Workspace Member
Members can:
- View connected environments, snapshots, and test runs
- Capture snapshots and run tests (once an org is connected)
- Create and manage schedules (Pro)
- Create and manage tags (Pro)
Members cannot connect new Salesforce orgs or manage API keys.
Plan-gated features
Some sidebar items are locked until you upgrade. Locked items show a padlock icon and open the upgrade modal when clicked.

Schedule ownership
Any workspace member can create a schedule. Only the schedule owner or a Workspace Admin can edit or delete it.
