Billing and limits

Manage your plan, monitor usage, and upgrade when you need more capacity.

Billing page​

Go to Billing in the sidebar (/billing) to see:

  • Your current plan tier (Free, Pro, or Enterprise)
  • Usage meters for snapshots, test runs, tags, and orgs
  • Subscription status and renewal date
  • Upgrade options

Pro-only capabilities

Tags and batch runs, and multi-rule configurator snapshots (both capturing and running them), require Pro or above. Single-rule configurator snapshots and all other categories are available on every plan.

Each rule of a multi-rule snapshot counts as its own test run against your monthly quota (a 5-rule snapshot uses 5 units per launch).

What happens at a limit​

When you reach a usage limit:

  1. Revsnap shows a message indicating which limit was hit
  2. The action (capture, run, connect org, etc.) is blocked
  3. You are prompted to upgrade on the billing page

Promotional allowances may temporarily raise limits. These appear as a note with an expiry date on your billing page.

Upgrading​

  • Free → Pro: Click Upgrade on the billing page (Pro is currently invite-only)
  • Pro → Enterprise: Contact us for rollout and support

Payment​

Enterprise subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Invoices and payment methods are accessible from the billing page.
