Account settings

Manage your personal profile, security, and privacy preferences.

Profile​

Go to Account settings from the header menu (/account/settings) to view and update your profile:

  • Full name: shown in the app header and used for attribution. Editable unless your workspace manages identity through SSO (then the field is read-only).
  • Email address: tied to your login; cannot be changed here.
  • Phone: optional contact number for critical release or operational escalations.

Use Save to persist name and phone changes. Cancel discards unsaved edits.

Security​

If you sign in with email and password, you can change your password from Account settings. You must enter your current password, then a new password (at least 8 characters) and confirmation.

If your workspace uses SSO, passwords are managed by your identity provider and cannot be changed in Revsnap.

Time zone​

Set your preferred IANA time zone (for example America/New_York or Europe/London). Revsnap uses this when displaying schedules and local run windows across devices. Schedule hours are still stored in UTC on the server.

Revsnap uses a cookie consent banner to manage analytics tracking. You can change your preference at any time from Account settings:

  • Accept analytics: enables PostHog product analytics to help improve Revsnap
  • Decline: keeps analytics and tracking off

Your choice applies across all pages in the app.

Signing out​

Use Sign out from the header menu to end your session. If your workspace enforces SSO, you may also need to sign out of your identity provider separately.
