SSO and SAML
SSO requires an Enterprise plan.
Configure SAML 2.0 single sign-on for your workspace.
Overview
SSO lets your team sign in to Revsnap through your corporate identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.) instead of individual email/password accounts.
Configure SAML
- Go to SSO in the sidebar (
/settings/workspace/sso). - Enter your IdP metadata:
- Entity ID (issuer)
- SSO URL (sign-in endpoint)
- Certificate (X.509 from your IdP)
- Copy the Revsnap ACS URL and Entity ID into your IdP's SAML app configuration.
- Save the configuration.
Test the connection
Before enforcing SSO, use the Test connection button. Revsnap opens a popup to verify the SAML flow end-to-end.
Enforce SSO
Once tested, enable Require SSO to block email/password login for workspace members. Keep at least one break-glass admin account with password access for emergencies.
Seat limits
SSO-provisioned users count against your workspace seat limit. Monitor usage on the Members page.
IdP guides
For Okta-specific setup, see Okta's SAML documentation. The Revsnap ACS URL and Entity ID are shown on the SSO settings page.
